AUTOMATIC CUTTING TABLE FOR LAMINATED GLASS WITH OPTIMISER, PVB CUTTING BLADE AND TILT TABLE FOR UNLOADING GLASS

The automatic tables for cutting laminated glass in the "Strato Active E" range have fast cutting cycles and unparalleled working ergonomics, thanks to the control unit positioned right inside the work table. This allows the operator to move and walk nimbly along the front of the machine without having to dodge around any protrusions.

In addition to this, the low height of the cutting bridges gives the operator total visibility and great comfort when handling glass.

The 'Strato Active E' is equipped with automatic laminated glass separation control that activates the PVB cutting blade only when the glass has been properly separated. This control allows self-adjustment of the heating time, which no longer needs to be adjusted or decided by the operator.

The minimum automatic trim is only 6.5 cm and, once separated, it is automatically ejected from the work area which means the operator can pick it up with great ease and in total safety.

Total visibility of the work cycle is ensured by transparent housing that can easily be lifted to allow the operator easy access to the working tools for routine maintenance. The cutting table can be equipped with a flat grinding wheel for low-emissivity glass for excellent stock removal quality and machining speed.
